The BriefTo produce a Winter wonderland experience for guests. Prior to the event a 3D event fly through was created to ensure the client was happy with the table layout and design.
The Venue
The Hall built in 1874 is set in 33 acres of lavish woodland and country golf course. The beautiful building is the perfect setting for a Christmas Party with cast iron flambeuxs either side of the main doors to greet guests. There are 4 rooms within the venue, the largest of which is ideal for a sit down meal.
The Event
As guests made their way into the venue, fake snow fell from the skies. The beautiful period fireplace twinkled with candlelight and the area was dressed with 7ft white Alaskan fir trees, icicles and white pea lights.
Our hostesses were on hand to offer guests a glass of chilled bubbly as they made there way into the main room.
The main area had been transformed for a sit down meal, beautiful pea lit centre pieces, ice blue lighting, white garlands and Christmas trees, a pea light canopy and tables dressed in crisp white linen.
Guests enjoyed a traditional three course meal, which was followed by fantastic live music from 70s tribute band, Love Train, then DJ.
