The BriefTo deliver a Christmas Ball and offer a sit down meal that would be cost effective whilst generating impact as guests made their way into the main room.
The Venue
Our Birmingham venue offers multiple luxurious rooms where guests can relax and unwind The rooms are all design to a high specification and offer different experiences around the world.
The Event
In answer to the brief, we provided guests with a three tiered lazy susan that sat centrally on the tables of ten. They carried a mixture of light bites and hot bowl food and the design added to the room and truly wowed guests as they arrived.
Entertainment included a ballet performance and live music which was followed by an awards ceremony. The black tie event was themed as an icy, winter wonderland which was complimented by white pea lights, tall Alaskan fir trees and fir swags.
Following the Awards Ceremony guests made their way in to the New York Disco Room, where they partying on the neon flashing dance floor.
